The Palmer is one of our larger homes built in Cascades Park but this particular homeowner fell in love so we had to oblige! With this custom build, they received extensive design time choosing everything from cabinets and lights to paint and closets. The main floor is large enough to entertain more than a few guests! Double car garage, 3 bedrooms on the second floor that include expansive closets in each plus a bedroom, full bathroom and rec room on the lower level and a surprise flex room gave them everything their family needed.
