The floor plan included features that fit almost every lifestyle – open concept main floor, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large deck, fully-ducted heat pump, natural gas for BBQ & range, solid surface countertop and flooring, 2 hardwood staircases and of course the Rooftight 5-Year Whole Home Warranty. However, it also included an introduction into what many of our homeowners enjoy most, the design process. With two different exteriors to choose from, it quickly became the most sought-after option for potential homeowners.
