Grand Opening – Innsbrook Way

Rooftight celebrated a highly successful Grand Opening event for Innsbrook Way in Cascades Park on May 24th. Innsbrook Way is a beautiful treed cul-de-sac in the second phase of the popular West Bedford – Cascades Park community, minutes from Halifax. Home shoppers and existing Rooftight family members mingled with special guests while enjoying tapas and refreshments as they toured the gorgeous Harrington model home.
“We’re very happy with the turnout and all the positive feedback we received for the Grand Opening of Innsbrook Way,” said Scott Smith, President of Rooftight Construction. “Our guests loved the new Harrington model. I feel we hit this one out of the park.”
If you’re an interested home shopper but missed out on the event, you can visit the Welcome Center Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 pm, or by appointment for private tours.
Innsbrook Way showcases five new two-story floorplans, all with lower level walk-outs, tailored to fit the needs of today’s modern homebuyer. Ranging from approximately 3000 to 4000 square feet, homes include four to five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 1.5 – 2 bay garages.
